How to use it

  1. Print the page you need at 100% (Actual size). Do not use "Fit to page".
  2. Fill it in by hand with a pen.
  3. Slip it into your binder in place of the old page, or keep the old one behind it.
  4. Write today's date on the page so your family knows which one is current.

Never write full account numbers, security codes, or master passwords on these pages. Record only the last four digits of an account and a hint that points you to where the full detail is kept safe.
